What about damaged or lost during delivery, or are wrong?

In the unfortunate case of items damaged or lost during delivery, or the wrong items sent, we will arrange to have the items picked up and new replacements sent at no cost to you. To report damaged, lost, or wrong items, just click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Find the order that was damaged and click on it. Choose the Trouble with My Order link.

Do you provide transport for clients?

Unfortunately  we don’t provide transport for our client but we have trucks for hire if your taking more than 10 tonnes within Kampala.
